My first Music Studio instrument

I recorded samples in AniMoog and pasted them to Music Studio. It uses 2 samples per octave.

That is one decent saw lead!
There's just one small issue: the B1 sample crackles at the beginning because the right channel starts with a very high sample value instead of 0. You can resolve this by applying a very short fade in.

I'm not sure I understand (sorry, I'm new to this).

I listened to the samples, but I'm not exactly sure I'm hearing what you're talking about. Do you mean the sample I assigned to B0 or the one I (confusingly) named B0 (because it was AniMoog's B0) but assigned to B1?

Also, are you saying that samples should always start silent then?

Sorry for all of the questions/confusion, but I'm learning as I go here.

Thanks!

Cheers,
Scott

I mean "Animoog B1" which is assigned to B2.

Yes, samples should always start with a 0 sample value to avoid crackling.
