Official update plan and feature suggestions

Audio Monitoring and more

Postby Demarko » Sun Mar 29, 2015 7:39 pm

Hi Alex,

Thanks for this great product, however can you plz look into these points:

1) Audio monitoring would be great for doing my vocals in music studio.
2) Automation of "all" elements(not just volume and pan) in my mix would be great. Auria utilizes this well.
3) The option of opening an instrument track in either mono or stereo would be welcomed.
4) A virtual synthesizer would be great. Nano studio utilizes this well.
5) Pitch correcting and Harmony (3rd, 5th, 7th, etc) effects would be nice.

Thanks for your feedback!

1) Audio monitoring would be great for doing my vocals in music studio.

Audio monitoring can be enabled in the audio recording window: http://www.xewton.com/musicstudio/doc/?id=13#Monitoring
But you probably mean "Input monitoring to be always on" which is already on the list:

2) Automation of "all" elements(not just volume and pan) in my mix would be great. Auria utilizes this well.

Volume, pan and effect automation are on the list.

3) The option of opening an instrument track in either mono or stereo would be welcomed.

All tracks are stereo by design, with the exception of audio tracks if you import (or record) mono audio. Why would mono instrument tracks be useful?

4) A virtual synthesizer would be great. Nano studio utilizes this well.
5) Pitch correcting and Harmony (3rd, 5th, 7th, etc) effects would be nice.

That's on the list too :)
