Is it possible to record audio from iPhone without using a microphone? I was trying to create a new sound sample using a source from the Internet, but it records the sound through the microphone. I have audioubus 3. Is this something I can use?

Do you mean recording the iPhone's audio output from another non-audio app?
I'm not even sure if it works with a mic because system audio output (of Safari etc.) might be blocked while an audio app (Music Studio) is recording.

If possible, download a wav, mp3, m4a or ogg file of the sound, then open it with Music Studio.

Audiobus 3 connects Audiobus compatible audio and MIDI apps, in order to e.g. record audio from one app into another app. But Safari and all the other Apple apps (except Garageband) are not Audiobus compatible.

And you can only use Audiobus to record into GarageBand not record from it.
