Damaged file

Postby MichaelMusicStudio » Mon Jun 12, 2017 12:13 pm

Hello!
I got the message "Damaged file. XMS is damaged. 0 tracks could be recovered". I got this when I was trying to export it to file. So all my tracks have gone from the project (gone forever?).
Is there any chance to bring them back or maybe there are some recommendations how to save projects because my project is still there but now there are no tracks at all.
I must say I used about 70 tracks in the project most of them were audio tracks. Maybe because of that my project was too overloaded and smth went wrong.

Sorry for the inconvenience, damaged files should never happen.
The audio files of your project should still be in the Audio folder, so at least there should be no data loss here.
Please email me the damaged project (the .xms file) to support@xewton.com, I can attempt a repair.
