Not Working

Hello,
I downloaded the lite version and liked it so much that I then paid $20 to download the full version...
I used it once and now when I go to use the app it says that I may not have downloaded it?
If I go to my play store it says that it is downloaded... The money has been confirmed for download...
Please help

Sorry for the inconvenience! This error message comes from the Google Play Store or from Android. It sometimes occurs and we can't explain why, but the workaround is to simply reinstall Music Studio like this:

  1. Terminate all running apps from the task manager.
  2. Uninstall Music Studio
  3. Delete the folder Android/obb/com.xewton.musicstudio3
  4. Reboot your device (hold the power button, then power off, then press the power button again to start).
  5. If you have multiple accounts, please make sure that you’re logged in with the same Google account that you used to purchase Music Studio.
  6. Install Music Studio from the Play Store - you won't have to pay for it again.
