128 polyphony limit
I can't believe that i have hit the ceiling of 128 polyphony this time during composition, some of the note are cutted off during playback, is there anyway to increase the polyphony to 256 instead ?

No, 128 is Music Studio's max polyphony, but there are ways to reduce a song's required polyphony:

Re: 128 polyphony limit
The recommended solution will reduce the feel of "saturation" of my music, will you increase the polyphony to 256 in version 3.0 for faster devices? By the way, I'm using Ipad Air 2 which is relatively faster than most of the tablets.
Is there any polyphony restriction during song exportation? I found that all the notes can be playback correctly after exported to wav or compressed music format.

During WAV export, the polyphony is always set to 256 - that explains why your song sounds fine then. We'll add the 256 option to the setup in version 3.
