Reporting bugs
Please include the following information in your bug report:
- A detailed description of what actually happend. What lead to the occurence of the bug? Does it always occur?
- Your version of Music Studio (found in the setup screen or the help)
- Which device did you use? (e.g. iPad, iPhone 4, iPod Touch, ...)
- If applicable, screenshots (press the home and the sleep/wake buttons at the same time to make a screenshot)
- If possible also send us the .xms (song) file
