The flourishes are just samples of the instrument being played so I don't think they belong in the instrument.
So I'm not going to add them YMMV so feel free to improve it. Since the original is a multi sample instument I'm sure there's a bit of scope for mixing and matching the different samples to do that but I don't have the technology to do that.

Mind you you have given me an idea for another resource that might be handy around here.....

How about a library of midi phrases for example guitar chords with a built in strum effect or guitar chords in various finger plucking styles?

I use FLStudio pretty much in latly, however I never tried to slice audios with it. It has some plugin that does this, for sure :D
Sadly I'm working on a little instrument pack in caustic, which doesn't have such a functionality. So I have to export one tone by another and import it in Music Studio. Quite annoying :)

By quick searching via Google I found this:
http://www.nch.com.au/splitter/
It's a nice program that let's you slice audio files into pieces with given length.
So I just had to write a tone ladder, export it and set the length so, that each slice of the old audio file contains one tone then. At least for me it was pretty usefull!

Anyone have any Mbiras? I tried to find some samples on the interwebs but they all were asking money for the sample libarys :[ I have a mbira instrument but I damaged the audio file while trying to put it in the instrument and now it doesn't sound very good. So if anyone :) has any they could share I would be delighted.

Could you find some decent quality chromatic instrument samples? Specifically glockenspiel, marimba, xylophone, and vibraphone?

Well, everything else is alright, but the Xylophone could use a little better quality.

Ever here the song 'The Fox" by Ylvis?

The beginning of that song has a sawtooth synth which is a lot more pronounced and articulate than the Super Saw. It would be highly appreciated if it could be added to the electronic instruments.

Oh, and while on the subject of electronic instruments, before I forget...a theremin...I've always wanted to use one in music making (not for real, those things are far too difficult...). Plus, it's around Halloween time and that would make a great sound for this time.

Music Box. Plain and simple. The Glockenspiel is close and the Xylophone is good for some purposes, but a Music Box makes for a dramatic effect, especially during slow passages when used for emphasis.

Good Morning Maarten!

I'm not sure of the 'official' term for this is, but there is an effect which some time ago was widely used, where a human voice can be put through - say - a warm pad, or an organ, and when chords or notes are played they make the words come out in the sound!

Sorry for the total failure to describe this, but it was an effect used on 'Sheep', by Pink Floyd, and as far back as 'Sparky's Magic Piano'! Probably before your time, but UK DiscJockey Kenny Everett often made up his own jingles using this effect too!

Best wishes again,

Scrobs.
