Like a pulse lead? That is the sound in the Mario theme.
I play
Music Studio and other apps
Casio WK7600 and SK-1.
Yamaha PSR19 and e443 and MX49.
I'm also getting a Microkorg.

Wait a minute, Alex, what synthesizers are in the recording studio so I can recommend sounds from those?

I don't know, but it doesn't matter since we can't just copy a preset from a synthesizer, we must design our own sounds.

You could add another 8 bit sound, but an 8 bit synth lead.

Hi All!
I'm looking for a decent clav and a hulusi - if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be appreciated!

Re: "official" instrument request thread
I have made a few of my own instrument kits.
Taikos, Cinematic Booms and FX type stuff.
But really, I'm looking for more cinematic percussion kits. And a some more strings sounds.
Stuff for trailers. Impacts, Hits, swells things that have already been sound designed to a high level.
For example I use a few Kontakt Libraries like HZ02 but can't obviously can't take the sounds from there.
Perhaps Xewton will make a skin and bones desktop/mac DAW simply for using plugins?
*nudge nudge*
