Ability to disable fadeout when converting to .wav

Postby QJrocks » Wed Sep 09, 2015 1:16 am

Hi. I registered to make a request here.

I didn't see this suggested anywhere else, so sorry if I missed it.

I'd like to suggest the option to turn off the auto-fade when you convert the MusicStudio file to a .wav file. The way it works is that at the end of the .wav file, MusicStudio automatically adds a fade-out at the end of the song, meaning it can't loop when I upload my music to Newgrounds. It just, as expected, fades out, meaning there would be an awkward pause if you tried to loop it as it is.

If I'm just simply missing something, then please let me know.

Thanks for reading!

Just gonna drop this here...

Music Studio doesn't add a fade out, it just includes the effect tail (mostly reverb if you use it) at the end of the wav file. To prevent this, set the left marker to the beginning and the right marker to the end of the song (in the Tracks screen), then enable "Apply markers" in the Export window, which cuts the effect tail.
