1. Read the FAQ and the troubleshooting guide, maybe your question is already covered there:

2. Make sure that you have the latest version of Music Studio.
3. Specify your device and iOS version.
4. Attach a screenshot, an xms file or a crash report if applicable.
5. Choose a meaningful subject, e.g. "WiFi transfer problems" instead of "HELP!!! Problem on my new iPad!"
