Reducing file size of voice over tracks for emailing

All I use MusicStudio for is recording voiceover auditions. But when I do, they end up being 16 or 17 MB. My iPhone won't let me email those. Is there a way to reduce the size of the voiceover track file?

What's the duration of your audio recordings?
You could export your wav files to m4a format, then they get smaller:

The duration of my VO auditions is usually only about :60 seconds or maybe a minute and a half.
