I'm having trouble adjusting the fader

I just got the app and it looks great , except that I can't adjust the faders , it has a constant lagging sound after each note I play ,I just want it to sound like a normal piano , please help

Which device and OS version do you have?
Which faders are you referring to? There are faders in the Instruments screen, one in the Tracks screen, and many for the effects.
What do you mean by "lagging sound"? Is the sound clear and there's just latency between pressing the key and hearing the sound? Or is the sound itself distorted?
