That's probably because Sunrizer receives Music Studio's notes over CoreMIDI (or VirtualMIDI), regardless if it's connected via IAA (Inter-App Audio) or not. There are 2 ways to turn that off:
By the way, 2.6.4 is not the newest version, please update to Music Studio 2.7.1, we made a few IAA tweaks in the 2.7 update.
- In Sunrizer, tap UTILS, MIDI, Inputs, and disable Music Studio as a MIDI input.
- In Music Studio, tap Setup, MIDI, Ports & Channels, and disable MIDI output:

Have you set sunrizer to listen only a specific channel, by default it works in OMNI mode, so it listens to all sources and channels.
