Make music with an iPod 5g

Postby Choose » Sun Aug 06, 2017 1:10 pm

I think I bought an iPod with lower specifications to use mush studio. I tried to record 2 audio tracks, and the program had problems to begin to record. Do you think if I create a swap to have more ram (using the internal memory), I do would have more possibility to record more audio tracks? Or maybe upgrade to iPod 6 is better to make something like this? Please, sorry for my English, it's terrible, I know :D
Which is the minimum specifications to record audio trackers without problems? Maybe an iPhone 6?
Thank you!

The 5th gen. iPod Touch is fast enough to run Music Studio, see

No, but in general, you could try steps 1 & 2 from this list:

I tried to record 2 audio tracks, and the program had problems to begin to record.

What exactly happened?
Is it a playback problem (when you play back your 2 recorded audio tracks), or a recording problem?
Did you connect any external hardware?
What options did you select in the audio recording window (http://www.xewton.com/musicstudio/doc/?id=13#Record_button)?
