Bug fixes

• IAA instruments are not saved with the project
• IAA effect assignment is not saved with the project
• Re-selecting an effect should not reset it
• Hanging chord when tapping the live tools button
• Hanging chord button when tapping the pads button
• Unmuting a track during playback ignored solo

Known issues:

• Limiter effect controls don't respond
  The limiter's gain fader and preview / default buttons don't work. We will fix this in version 2.6.3 asap.
