Post your XMS project files
First of all, I very much enjoy the growing popularity of this showcase forum.
Posting SoundCloud links and mp3/m4a files is fine but it would be great if all of you would post the .xms project files in addition. This would allow others to learn from you by looking at how you structured the tracks and wrote/recorded the notes.
Here's how:
- Select the project, tap Share:
http://www.xewton.com/musicstudio/doc/?id=9#Share
- Either select Email or Dropbox
- If your project contains audio tracks, activate "Include audio files"
- Open the email (or your Dropbox) on your computer and save the attached file to your hard disk
- Open your forum post, click "Upload attachment", "Choose file", select the file, click "Add the file" and wait until it's uploaded.

Re: Post your XMS project files
Hello sir,
I just want to say thank you for a wonderful music application.
I never wanted to make a sound cloud account but the only way to upload on to the forum (that I knew) was by sound cloud. Thank you for showing us how to upload the XMS files.

Hi there
The first is to thank all the team that made XMS your fantastic job. took almost four years and allows me to enjoy something that otherwise could not, for I am not a musician, nor have I studied music.
Only I have an ipad1 and 5S
Right now I'm doing a post with five old songs. This is one of them. Hope you like

Hi
Sometimes it's fun to do a song like that. The compositions have something to do with geometry, and these even more.
Please if someone makes money with it I wish I would remember ....

Re: Post your XMS project files
A lot of stuff I've been writing recently uses Music Studio partially, then other programs partially. Not sure if it would be acceptable for me to post XMS files of partial songs, though I definitely could.

Re: Post your XMS project files
Hello I have finished. This is my song. It is Andalusian folklore and maybe someone does not like, because it is a special style.
Generally this type of music lasts more than five minutes: this is not the case.
The sound of the acoustic guitar, just like the Spanish on some scales, but the result is acceptable.
Some guitars are not well quantized deliberately, to make the sound more real.
I have tried to simulate three percussion instruments.
1. The first is the "palms" effect achieved with hands.
2. The second is the footwork ("taconeo") which is done with special shoes.
This I have done with the steps Sound Effects
3 the third is the drawer (drawer) is literally a drawer of a cabinet, but flexible wood bottom. This instrument does not exist in XMS. Therefore, it has been the most difficult to simulate. He found one (world kit) and modifying offset and attack seems quite
the title means something like "from a small mountain."
hope you like
Paco de Lucia died exactly one year ago.
It goes for you, master

Hey there
This is an incomplete project. I do not really think it adds anything, but I leave in case anyone is interested.
I encourage you to upload their projects to help others learn tricks and techniques to compose songs.
I have already posted some ...
bye

Don't post them here, this thread is just a reminder to post the xms file when you create a new thread for your song
